So April wins HOH and puts up Jessie and Memphis. I guess I’m okay with those nominations. I was hoping Libra and Keesha would be nominated, but after April won HOH I knew that wasn’t happening.
Although I briefly had hope when April and Libra was talking bad about Keesha in front of Renny. But I knew that April ultimately would put Keesha up. Oh yeah and goody for Keesha; she got her rival for Memphis’ attention (Angie) out of the house and now she can cozy up to him all she wants. It’ll probably come back to bite her in the leg!
I liked the HOH competition, but thought it went on a bit too long. But Dan’s motivational speeches made it a bit more fun. It was also nice to see Jessie and Ollie giving hugs and support to Michelle and April.
I still don’t like Dan being America’s Player. And it seems to be already causing him trouble. April and Libra are on to him. They don’t know what is exactly up with him, but they know it’s something fishy. So Dan needs to become a better actor or something!

Ah well, Angie got evicted Thursday night (July 31). I was sad to see her go, especially after that great speech she gave just before her eviction. I did like her a lot. I’ve liked Angie since the pre-show interviews. She’s always been in my top 2 favorite Big Brother 10 houseguests.
And even though Angie could be boring sometimes, and Jessie can be entertaining (because he’s so silly and conceited), I would much have preferred for Angie to have stayed, and Jessie to have left. I’m also a little annoyed that Angie left mainly because Keesha was jealous of her. I honestly think that’s the main reason Keesha nominated Angie and wanted her out so badly. But what’s done is done.
Keesha did eliminate Angie from the Jessie/Angie/Michelle/Memphis (JAMM) alliance, so that was a good move on Keesha’s part. Too bad the JAMM alliance was probably only 10% of the reason why Keesha nominated Angie (the other 90% being jealousy).
I agree with Ollie that this cast was dumb for keeping Jessie. Jessie is going around threatening people, being a moron and the like, and yet they keep him. I sort of hope Jessie wins HOH, so he can put up Keesha and Libra!
I actually still like Keesha, but her reason for nominating Angie was so lame, I’m really annoyed with her right now. It’s also annoying how CBS seems to be making her the heroine/Blonde Bombshell/Janelle/Daniele of the BB house this season. But I like Janelle and Daniele, so I guess it’s not so bad.
I’m disappointed that America’s Player (AP) is Dan, because he’s my favorite houseguest so far this season and I don’t want AP to jeopardize his game. For instance, if America votes for Dan to try to get a member of his alliance nominated; that could be disastrous for Dan. Things like that really messed up Eric’s game during Big Brother 8. However, America seems to like Dan much more than they liked Eric, so maybe America will vote to help Dan and not hinder him!

Big Brother 10 will have an “America’s Player”. Viewers get to vote which houseguest they want to be America’s Player and then for one week the chosen houseguest does tasks for America. (Source)
Ugh, I didn’t like America’s Player during Big Brother 8 when Eric was AP and I doubt I’ll like it this season. The only good thing is that it’s supposed to only be for a week. So there’s a bright side.
On tonight’s (July 29, 2008) episode of Big Brother 10, viewers will be given the details about how/where to vote for AP. I don’t know if I’ll even vote. But if voting for an AP can help one of my favorite houseguests stay and/or get one of my least favorite houseguests evicted, then it might be worth doing. Muahaha!
